Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident when ordering from us. Eligible products may be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

• You may request a return within 90 days of purchasing your order.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and kept in their original sealed packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, water filter straws cannot be returned once their packaging has been opened or the product has been used.
• For approved returns, you may request either a replacement product or a refund.
• Eligible refunds cover the purchase price of the returned product. Import duties, customs charges, and import-related taxes are not refundable.
• Once an eligible return has been received and approved, we aim to issue the refund promptly and no later than 5 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs requirements may vary depending on the destination of your order. Please review the information below for the regions we currently support.

United States

• Orders shipped to the United States do not incur additional fees from us unless the total order value exceeds $600.

European Union

• Customers within the European Union will not be charged additional customs duties or import taxes on their order. These costs are covered by us.

Australia

• Orders delivered to Australia are not subject to additional customs duties or import taxes charged to the customer. These costs are covered by us.
